Kassidy Welte Sorensen
Founder & CEO
Kassidy grew up in Las Vegas and escaped the heat by spending her summers in Orange County, where she fell in love with the ocean and Balboa Island. During the rest of the year, Kassidy learned from her parents who worked in small business healthcare, insurance, and construction. This sparked her own passion for working with small businesses.
Kassidy studied finance and advertising at Brigham Young University, where she met her husband, Scott. Before graduating, Kassidy took two years off to go on a service mission in Japan, where she helped women develop faith and self-reliance skills.
After graduating, Kassidy became a product manager at Capital One, where she led the Capital One credit card application and helped small businesses access higher credit lines to operate during the pandemic. She also made her way back to California, where she has been ever since.
Kassidy decided to continue her dream of working with small businesses and enhance her management skills by getting her MBA at Stanford, which she attended with her husband.
She lives in Aliso Viejo and works out of Newport Beach. She loves beach volleyball, pickleball, skiing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
